Underwater Trash the Dress photography – Playa del Carmen Wedding – Lorena + Kubechi
Lorena and Kubechi handled very well underwater and the trash the dress photography came out as we all wanted. I got the impression of having had somehow more of onirism present in the session that day, though. You know how every session is just different. This one had underwater fantasy in it but also many elements that seemed more proper of dreams and classics featuring forever asleep characters, as Kubechi kisses Lorena awake in one of the photos. A flair of intimacy taken to secrecy was another feeling I got, the sort a character in a tale would whisper to another’s ear in the middle of a forest. What do you say?
Lorena y Kubechi se manejaron bien bajo el agua y la sesión de fotografía “trash the dress” salió como esperábamos, y con una dosis adicional en lo onírico, que la de otras sesiones. Ya saben, todas las sesiones son diferentes. Estuvo la fantasía propia de colocar escenas sobre tierra, bajo el agua. Pero también había rasgos propios de cuentos clásicos, de escenas de sueños perpetuos y el despertar de un beso, como cuando Kubechi se acerca a Lorena dormida en una de las tomas. Incluso un toque de intimidad llevada al secreto, en la que un personaje siempre atento, susurra a otro algo al oído en medio del bosque ¿Cómo ven?

Underwater Trash the Dress Tulum – Lidali – Ramon
The third and last day I pent with Lidali and Ramon was the funniest of them all, after meeting at the Moon Palace Resort we went to Grand Cenote in Tulum tomake the Underwter Trash the Dress session; once agin, light conditions and weather were on our side and along with Lidali and Ramon’s joy and fun made possible to get images with no comparison.
El tercer y último día que pasé con Lidali y Ramón fue el más divertido de todos, después de econtrarnos en la recepción del Moon Palace Resort nos dirigimos al Grand Cenote en Tulum para hacer la sesión de Underwater Trash the Dress; una vez más, las condicions de luz y el clima estuvieron a nuestro favor y en conjunto con la magnifica actitud y ganas de divertirse de Lidali y Ramón logramos que esta sesión fuera unica

Underwater Trash the Dress Photographer – Tulum – Riviera Maya Cenotes – Mayo + Kevin
A glowing just married couple Mayo and Kevin dived gladly into the cenote as we started to shoot their underwater trash the dress photography session, their bodies suspended by zillion tiny bubbles, as if angels on clouds. Once underwater they danced very well together into position. Their eyes mostly shut added to the dreamlike feeling of the photos. A distance shot reminded me again of a forest scene at dawn, with frost evaporating around our characters as it warmed up… swirling sand and light beams can create such a fantasy. A wonderful session.
Como una deslumbrante pareja de recién casados, Mayo y Kevin se aventaron con ganas al cenote, para comenzar la sesión de underwater trash-the-dress. Desde abajo pude captar los millones de burbujas en los que quedaron suspendidos por un momento, cual ángeles en las nubes. Bajo el agua danzaron bien juntos, sus ojos cerrados la mayor parte del tiempo agregó a lo onírico de las fotos. Una de las tomas a distancia me parece ahora que la veo, como un pasaje en medio del bosque, con la escarcha que se evapora al amanecer alrededor de nuestra pareja sentados que parece decirse un secreto rápido al oído, mientras se mantiene a la expectativa de lo que pueda acontecer … una fantasía creada por el fondo de arena revuelto y luces. Una excelente sesión.

Underwater Trash the Dress Cenote Photography – Kristen + David
They were one of my best diving couples in a long time. Kristen and David did superbly in our underwater trash-the-dress session. Looking back at them I love those compositions with them together like angles in the back, cast against rays of sun light filtering into the cenote. I could also work up close with them so we got vivid shots in shallow water as well. In all an excellent and swift single session. A pleasure!
Kristen y David deben haber sido de mis mejores parejas de buceo en buen tiempo; lo hicieron maravillosamente en su sesión the underwater trash-the-dress! Viendo las fotos de nuevo me encantan las composiciones en las que ellos aparecen angelicales el fondo contrastados con los rayos de sol que se filtra en el cenote. También pude trabajar con ellos de cerca y en agua poco profunda. En conjunto una única sesión breve pero excelente. Un placer!

A good underwater trash the dress photography session, Mallory and Phillipe dived well. I did not expect less from Californians. Back on the ground and wearing their shades we did a beach session. I loved their being so enthusiastic and playful. Got many nice shots that I expect will see them as they walk their life paths holding hands.
Una buena sesión de fotografía underwater trash-the-dress, Mallory y Phillipe se movían bien bajo el agua, nada que no esperara claro de unos californianos. Ya de nuevo en tierra forma y con sus lentes oscuros, hicimos una sesión de playa. Me encantó su entusiasmo y disposición jugar con la cámara. Obtuvimos muchas tomas maravillosas que deseo les acompañen en sus Caminos de la mano.

Underwater + Beach – Trash the Dress – Sofia + Bertrand – Riviera maya – Tulum
Underwater, Sofia is a ballet dancer in mid air, motion-stopped, sublime. In another take she is walking the high wire, dressed in white walking on red, as she starts a married couple life and holds the sign “Bride” in her hand. I just did my job and took the photo of this wonderful instants of the trash-the-dress session. Meantime, Bertrand has gotten into character. He is absolutely blown away, ecstatic, thrilled as if he had stricken gold, diving as a mighty moustache strong-man character, moustache cuff links on and all. We had a blast!
Bajo el agua en el cenote, Sofía era una bailarina de ballet, suspendida en el aire, sublime. En otra de las tomas la ella camina de blanco sobre la roja cuerda floja, emprendiendo su camino de pareja recién casada con su letrero de “Bride” en la mano. Con toda esta magia, yo sólo hice mi trabajo y tomé la fotografía de su sesión underwater trash-the-dress. Mientras tanto, Bertrand se había metido en carácter. Estaba extasiado, lleno de vitalidad. Buceaba de un lado a otro con la energía de un hombre fuerte musculoso y de mostachos, como en los circos, con todo y que los mostachos estaban en sus mancuernas! Nos divertimos en grande!

The second day with Michelle and Mike, after the reception at the Park Royal Hotel in Cancun, we met early at the lobby of their hotel at Playa del Carmen and from there to Tulum and Grand Cenote to have the underwater trash the dress session and we had fun as never before. Light conditions and weatther were completely on our side, as well as Michelle and Michael’s attitude and we got impressive results
El segundo día con Michelle y Mike, después de la ceremonia en el hotel Park Royal en Cancún, nos encontamos temprano en la puerta (recepción) de su hotel (???) en Playa del Carmen y de ahí nos dirigimos a Tulum y al Gand Cenote para hacer la sesión de undwater trash the dress en la ue nos divertimos como nunca. Ls condiciones de luz y el clima fueron completamente favorables en esta ocasión así como la actitud y diposición de Michelle y Mike logramos resultados impresionantes.
